Non-toxic luminescent Zn-Cu-In-S / ZnS (core / shell) quantum dots coated with hydrophobic organic ligands. Readily soluble in toluene, chloroform and similar solvents. Not soluble in water, alcohols, ethers. Emission peak width (FWHM) ca. 100 nm. Large Stokes shift (ca. 120 nm).
Particle size: 4-5 nm. Supplied as a readily soluble powder
